Satéur has made the look of a flawless diamond since 2019, for more than 100,000 orders. Now the Club opens its Founding membership: the first thousand numbers keep their price for life, for as long as they stay. Numbers 0001 to 0034 are held by our earliest members. The next one could be yours.
Join on an annual plan by December 10 and the Flocon snowflake pendant arrives before Christmas, on us.

Questions
What arrives each month?+
The month's release, in its own orange Satéur box. The Club brings the 1-carat piece. Club Plus brings the Legends piece, 3 carats and above, together with the 1-carat piece. Each piece is made to order for you.
What if I don't love the month's piece?+
Seven days before your box date we email you a preview with two alternatives chosen for you. Swap with one tap, or skip the month. We never send a piece you already own from us.
How do I cancel?+
Monthly: cancel any time before your next billing date, from your account. Annual: your plan is prepaid with two months free. Cancel any time to stop the renewal, and you keep every box you paid for. Annual plans are not refunded after the first 14 days or once your first piece is being made.
What does the replacement promise cover?+
Lose a Club piece or break it, and we replace it. The Club includes one replacement a year, Club Plus includes two. Write to care@sateur.com with your member number.
What about ring sizes?+
Tell us your size once. If you're not sure, choose 'not sure' and we'll send earrings or a pendant until you tell us. If a ring arrives in the wrong size, write to us and we'll exchange it.
When am I charged, and when does it arrive?+
Monthly: on the day you join, then the same date each month. Annual: once a year. On each date your piece is made for you and arrives in about two to three weeks, with tracking. Shipping is free. Join by the last day of the month and your first piece is next month's release.
Is it a real diamond?+
No. Each piece is set with Satéur Gems®, our trademarked diamond simulant: the look of a flawless diamond, to the naked eye, for a fraction of the price.
Can I give the Club?+
Yes. Choose 3, 6 or 12 months, prepaid with no renewal. She receives an invitation with her member number, tells us her style, and her first piece is made the day she claims it, then one every month.
