The Satéur Club®

The Club: the month's 1-carat release each membership month. Club Plus: the month's Legends piece, 3 carats and above, and the month's 1-carat release. Each piece ships in its orange Satéur box. Your member card is digital and lives in your account.

Three days before each box date we email a preview with two alternatives. Keep, swap or skip before the date shown. We never knowingly send a piece you already own from us.

Monthly plans ($89 or $239) are charged on the day you join and renew every month on that date until you cancel. Your piece for each month is made to order on that date and carries the following month's release. Annual plans ($890 or $2,390) are prepaid for twelve membership months and renew yearly until you cancel. We email you before an annual plan renews.

Cancel any time from your account or by writing to care@sateur.com. Monthly: cancelling stops the next charge. Annual: cancelling stops the renewal, and you keep receiving every box you paid for.

If your first piece has not shipped, you can cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund. After that, annual plans are not refunded, because they already include two free months. A skipped month moves your next box, it does not refund it.

Members who hold numbers 0035 to 1000 keep the price they joined at for as long as their membership stays active. A cancelled membership releases its price lock.

If you lose or break a Club piece, we replace it with the same piece or one of equal value: one replacement per membership year in the Club, two in Club Plus. It is a membership benefit, not insurance.

Gift memberships of 3, 6 or 12 months are prepaid and do not renew. The recipient claims her number and tells us her style; her first piece is made that day and one more every month on that date. Gift memberships are not refundable once the first piece has shipped.

Satéur pieces are set with Satéur Gems®, our trademarked diamond simulant, unless a piece says otherwise. Each piece is made to order; with free shipping it usually arrives two to four weeks after its date.
